Aquatic therapy (therapy pool)
aquatic therapy · hydrotherapy pool · pool physical therapy · water exercise therapy
Therapeutic exercises in a warm pool with an instructor. Water takes the load off your joints and back, so moving is easier.
For back and joint pain, after injuries and surgery, after a stroke, and for children with movement problems, as your doctor prescribes.
⏱ Duration: a session usually lasts 30 to 45 minutes; the course usually runs several weeks

Be sure to tell your doctor
