Terms for clinics and refund policy

These terms apply to the EasyMed Global service for clinics (the "Service"), operated by Service Engineer Ltd, a company registered in the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC), Kazakhstan. Contact: hello@easymedglobal.com.

What you get. A subscription to software and digital content (SaaS) for clinics — not a medical service: a clinic page with patient preparation guides for the tests and rooms you choose, in 11 languages, permanent QR codes and printable stickers for your exam rooms, and updates of the guides.

Price. The first 30 days are free, no card needed. After that the subscription costs USD 59 per month for one clinic with up to 10 exam rooms. In Kazakhstan the price is 30,000 KZT per month.

Payment. By bank transfer against an invoice issued by Service Engineer Ltd, in USD or KZT. Each month you receive an invoice and a certificate of services rendered. Service Engineer Ltd is not a VAT payer.

Renewal and cancellation. The subscription renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the Service stays active until the end of the paid month. When a subscription ends, the clinic page and QR codes stop showing your clinic's name, and the codes lead to our general guides.

Refunds. If the Service is not what you expected, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Write to hello@easymedglobal.com with your invoice number; we return the money by bank transfer to the account it came from. Later monthly payments are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time.

Nature of the guides. The guides are general information for patients prepared with care and reviewed for accuracy. They do not replace a doctor's advice or your clinic's own instructions. Where your clinic's preparation rules differ, tell us and we will adjust your clinic's guides, or tell your patients your own rules.

Data. We store the clinic name, contact person, email, phone and the list of rooms and tests you enter. We do not collect any patient data: patients open the guides without signing up. See the privacy policy at easymedglobal.com/privacy.

Content. All guides, figures and videos are the property of Service Engineer Ltd. Changes: we may update the Service and these terms; the version on this page applies.
