For hospitals and clinics
Your patients arrive prepared, in their own language
Interpreters help in the exam room. Preparation happens the day before, at the hotel or at home. A missed fast or a medicine not stopped means a cancelled slot, a repeat test and an unhappy patient.

How it works in your clinic
Watch the patient's path from booking to the exam room — 1 minute.
Русский English Қазақша O‘zbekcha العربية हिन्दी Español Português 中文 日本語 한국어

1. Booking
The front desk gives a link or a QR code on the appointment slip, by SMS or WhatsApp.

2. The evening before
The patient reads the guide at home: fasting, medicines, what to bring. The app sends reminders.

3. At the exam room
A QR sticker on the door. The phone camera opens the guide in the phone's language, no app needed.

4. In the room
The patient knows what will happen, lies still, the scan runs on time.

5. Afterwards
When to expect results and which symptoms need a doctor urgently.
The code on the sticker never changes. We update what it opens, so you never reprint stickers.
What the patient gets
What to tell the doctor and how to prepare
Fasting, medicines, what to bring, what happens in the room, what comes after and when to call a doctor.
Page, video and app
A web page and a short video for each procedure, plus a free Android app that builds a plan with reminders. No sign-up; data stays on the phone.
A QR code at your desk
One printed code opens the guide in the language of the patient's phone. The code never changes: we update what it opens.

Why it matters for you
- Fewer cancelled and repeated procedures, especially for patients who travel far and stay short.
- Fewer repeated questions to coordinators and nurses.
- Evidence for accreditation: standards such as NABH (6th ed., PRE.5.a) require patient education in a language and format the patient can understand.
- Your own preparation rules, under your hospital's name, in the languages of your markets.
30-day pilot, free of charge
- You send us your 10 most common procedures and your preparation rules.
- We set them up in the languages of your patients and give your desk links and QR codes.
- Your coordinators share them with patients before the visit.
- After 30 days we compare cancellations and patient questions with the month before.
After the pilot: a subscription for your procedures and languages. The price depends on how many procedures and languages you need; we agree it after the pilot.
