Common questions
Which is more accurate, an X-ray or a CT of the sinuses?
CT shows the sinuses in more detail. An X-ray is simpler and faster and is often done first. Your doctor chooses.
Can a child have a sinus X-ray?
Yes, if a doctor ordered it. The radiation dose is small.
