hyperhidrosis · excessive sweating · sweating injections · underarm sweating treatment
The doctor chooses treatment for heavy sweating. Most often these are injections of a medicine that switches off the sweat glands in the area for a while.
When sweat gets in the way of work and life: underarms, palms, or feet are wet even without heat or exercise.
⏱ Duration: the procedure usually takes 20 to 40 minutes; the effect appears after a few days and usually lasts 4 to 9 months

Be sure to tell your doctor

Common questions
Is it harmful not to sweat in one area?
No. You still sweat elsewhere, and your body cools down normally.
Are there other options?
Yes: special antiperspirants, procedures with a mild current, and sometimes surgery. Your doctor will choose an option.
