Who we are

EasyMed Global (easymedglobal.com) publishes educational videos about medical examinations and operates the YouTube channel @easymedglobal. EasyMed Global is operated by SERVICE ENGINEER LTD., a private company registered in the Astana International Financial Centre (Turkistan street 8/2, office 308, Astana, Kazakhstan). This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or embedded third-party content. It does not ask for or store any personal information. Our web server keeps standard technical access logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) for security and to count page visits; these logs are deleted after 90 days and are not shared with anyone.

EasyMed mobile app

The EasyMed app (Android package com.serviceengineer.easymed, publisher SERVICE ENGINEER LTD.) helps you prepare for a medical examination and reminds you about it.

• No account, no server: the app has no registration and does not send any personal or health information to us or to anyone else. It contains no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs.
• What stays on your phone: the examination you choose, the body area, whether contrast is planned, and the date and time of your appointment. This is stored only in the app's private storage on your device and is used to show your preparation plan and to schedule reminders.
• Notifications: reminders are local notifications created on your phone. You can turn them off in the phone's settings.
• Camera: used only to read a QR code at the examination room. Images are not saved or sent anywhere. The app opens the web address contained in the QR code.
• Videos: when you choose to watch a video, it opens on YouTube, which is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
• Deleting your data: use "Delete" in the app or uninstall the app. Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
• Children: the app is not directed at children.

EasyMed Uploader and YouTube API Services

We use an internal application, "EasyMed Uploader", to manage our own YouTube channel. It uses YouTube API Services. By using it, we are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; information processed by YouTube is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

• Who uses it: only the owner of the EasyMed Global channel. It is not offered to the public and is not used to access anyone else's account.
• What it accesses: the EasyMed Global channel's own videos, titles, descriptions, captions, thumbnails, playlists, channel settings and aggregated channel analytics (views, watch time, audience retention). It may read public comments on our own videos so that we can answer viewers' questions.
• What it stores: an authorization token, kept only on the channel owner's computer with restricted file permissions. Analytics are used only to improve our videos and are not sold or shared.
• What it does not do: it does not collect personal data of viewers, does not sell data, and does not share data with third parties.
• Revoking access: access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Stored tokens are deleted on request or when access is revoked.

Advertising and cookies

To keep EasyMed Global free, this website may show advertising provided by Google (Google AdSense). The EasyMed mobile app does not show advertising.

• Who serves the ads: third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
• How Google uses the data: Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
• Your choice: you can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings or at www.aboutads.info. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we ask for your consent before using cookies for personalised ads.
• What we do not do: we never use the contents of your health questions, checklists or reminders for advertising — those stay only on your device.

Data retention and deletion

• Data obtained through YouTube API Services is used only to manage the EasyMed Global channel. Channel analytics are kept no longer than allowed by the YouTube API Services Developer Policies; other API data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days.
• The authorization token is deleted immediately when access is revoked at myaccount.google.com/permissions or on request.
• To request deletion of any data related to you, write to ceo@serviceengineer.app. We answer within 7 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
